Form information
The form asks for your name, email, state, incident category and a short message. It submits to FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, which forwards messages to Reporting@jurisdigital.com. FormSubmit requires recipient activation before delivery can be confirmed. Do not send sensitive medical records, social security numbers or confidential legal details in this form.
Embedded video and basic logs
The Roadster page uses a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed. Loading or playing it may share technical data with YouTube. Hosting providers may maintain ordinary server logs. This site does not currently use advertising pixels or an analytics dashboard.
Contact about data
For a privacy inquiry, use the same form and select “Privacy question.” Retention, deletion and processor terms should be finalized by the future firm owner before public launch.
